CANCELLATION POLICY

I ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance! There will never be a fee if done beforehand. No-Shows and Day Of cancellations will be charged 100% of services, Late Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of services booked and Late Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 80% of services booked! I cannot change the appointment booked upon arrival (ie if last minute you need to leave early)- what you booked is what needs to be paid for as it is reserved time by you and the same as late cancelling.
